GROWING UP.
Since I was young, I’ve always wanted to be around sports! But, it wasn’t until recently that I finally knew how to make that dream a reality!
I grew up in a small town in upstate New York where from my earliest days, I remember listening to Michael Kay on YES Network. Yes, you guessed it, I’m a Yankees fan! While that admission may make some of you stop reading, it’s really the only way to understand how I finally found my passion…. Play-by-Play Broadcasting!
As a kid, I had grandiose dreams of replacing Derek Jeter at shortstop, but those dreams obviously never panned out. However, it was those years of watching my favorite player and favorite voice call some of the greatest moments in sports history – The Dive, The Flip, The 3000th Hit – that made me fall in love with the art form that is sports play-by-play broadcasting.
SINCE THEN.
I’ve tried several things—Minor League Baseball, Sports Information Director, etc—but the moment I put on the broadcasting headset, I knew I had found my direction. That moment was 3 years ago!
THE FUTURE.
I’m setting out on a journey that could very likely end in failure. However, the thought of failure is not my biggest fear. My biggest fear is never trying!
Now it’s time to talk about my future plans, but first, let’s get one thing out of the way….I’m a dreamer!
I have dreams of one day working for a major network doing Play-By-Play for some of sports biggest moments. But, I know opportunities like that don’t come without a little hard work!

So here goes nothing! This summer I’m moving to Greenville, SC to begin chasing my dream!
Over the years of visiting this growing town in the Upstate of South Carolina, I’ve fallen in love with the people, the sports, and so much more. To sum it up, Greenville, SC has felt like home since the day I first visited!
Here’s to new adventures, new opportunities, and new dreams! THE FUTURE is certain to be a wild ride with many twists and turns, but no matter the outcome, I’ll be able to rest my head at night knowing that…I tried!
